As part of this vision, we are now looking for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to help us scale our paid acquisition efforts and drive high-quality leads through Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms. You will be working with significant budgets, in a highly competitive travel space, and will play a key role in helping us grow sustainably and profitably.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a PPC strategy to drive qualified traffic, leads, and conversions across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms
Manage large paid media budgets, ensuring optimal ROAS and efficiency
Plan, structure, and optimize campaigns for key business objectives (lead generation, retargeting, revenue growth)
Conduct keyword research and audience research to continuously improve targeting and performance
Create, manage, and test ad copy, creative assets, and landing page variants
Drive full-funnel paid acquisition, including prospecting, remarketing, dynamic retargeting, and audience expansion
Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and deliver actionable insights and regular reporting
Optimize campaigns based on data, trends, and ongoing A/B tests
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align paid media with the overall growth strategy
3+ years of PPC / paid media experience, ideally in a competitive vertical (travel, e-commerce) with a proven track record of scaling campaigns in key markets (US, UK, EU)
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Generation, YouTube) and Microsoft Ads (Bing Search)
Proven experience managing large budgets
Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and campaign optimization for lead generation and revenue
Experience with landing pages and conversion optimization
Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools
Experience in planning and executing retargeting and dynamic retargeting campaigns
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Experience in OTA / travel / ticketing PPC is a strong plus
