Sales Officer (Software & Technology)

Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Sales Officer (Software & Technology) for a Software Development Company in Ramallah, Palestine. The Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s software solutions, including ERP and Point-of-Sale programs, to companies and businesses in Palestine. Location: Ramallah, Palestine. Contract Type: Permanent/Full-time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Identify new sales opportunities to expand the client base. Follow up on assigned leads and opportunities to close contracts successfully. Complete the contracting process with customers and finalize agreements. Build and maintain strong client relationships and professional networks. Promote and sell ERP and point-of-sale (POS) systems to businesses and companies. Deliver product presentations and provide necessary support to customers before and after sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements Proven experience in software sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage time effectively and meet targets. Willingness and ability to perform field work. Valid driving license is required, owning a car is a plus. Years of experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in software sales or technical systems. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field. Location: Ramallah, Palestine. Languages Required: Fluent in Arabic and English.
