We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to support Businessolver's targeted account engagement and demand conversion efforts. In this role, you'll help drive pipeline growth by researching priority accounts, validating key contacts, supporting executive outreach, increasing event attendance, and managing follow-up from marketing programs. 

You'll own day-to-day execution of account engagement activities, including contact hygiene, list creation, event recruitment, program follow-up, and CRM tracking. This role partners closely with the Growth Marketing Manager, Revenue Marketing, Sales Consultants, Strategic Advisors, and Marketing Operations to ensure engaged prospects are followed-up with quickly, accurately, and consistently.
