Buyapowa helps regulated brands — insurers, mobile operators, ISPs and energy providers — acquire and retain customers properly.
We’re not looking for a closer.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys building the front end of a market.

This is a sleeves-up, individual contributor role focused on Europe, with a significant emphasis on France.

You’ll be working across Buyapowa’s core regulated sectors:

  • Insurance

  • Mobile / Telecoms

  • ISPs

  • Energy

We already operate successfully across the UK & Ireland, France, Spain & Portugal, Italy and Greece.

What we need now is someone to deepen our presence within those markets — especially France — by opening the right conversations and building systematic momentum.

You won’t be closing deals.
You won’t be managing late-stage sales cycles.
You won’t be navigating procurement processes.

Not a closing role
Not a management role
Not a strategy deck role
Not a high-volume SDR job

This is about working a market properly.

Your job is simpler — and harder:

  • Identify the right organisations

  • Find the angle

  • Open the conversation

  • Qualify properly

  • Hand it over cleanly

  • Repeat

This is about depth, not noise.

Some weeks you’ll be mapping out the French mobile landscape and refining your messaging until the right senior conversation opens.
Other weeks you’ll spot patterns in how energy providers talk about retention and adjust your outreach accordingly.

You’ll build familiarity across sectors.
You’ll improve your hit rate.
You’ll create coverage market by market.

There’s no script.
No volume-for-volume’s-sake targets.
No micromanagement.

But there is accountability.

Real conversations, not vanity metrics
Clean, thoughtful handovers to sales
Pattern recognition across markets
Momentum that compounds quarter-on-quarter

If the sales team feels better prepared because of how you’ve opened and qualified an opportunity, you’re doing it right.

  • Solid experience in B2B SaaS market or business development

  • Experience working within regulated industries such as insurance, telecoms, ISPs or energy

  • Fluent French (spoken and written) — essential

  • Confidence opening senior conversations across European markets

  • Comfort working autonomously across territories

  • Research properly

  • Write outreach that sounds human

  • Run a credible first call

  • Decide what’s worth progressing

We don’t need someone to learn how to prospect.
We need someone who already knows how.

It’s slightly strange writing this, knowing the right person will read it at exactly the right moment.

Buyapowa exists because traditional marketing became noisy, expensive and increasingly inefficient. We built something different — a structured, measurable way for regulated brands to grow through customer advocacy and reward-led engagement.

Today we work with insurers, energy providers, mobile operators and ISPs across Europe and North America. These are serious organisations in regulated industries. They care about trust. They care about long-term customer value. And they don’t buy hype.

We like that.

We’ve been doing this for over a decade. Long enough to know what works. Long enough to have real proof. But still early enough that there’s significant headroom ahead of us.
