BWSA is an investment holding company with operations in a wide range of sectors, including banking, services, consumer goods, commodities and industrials through companies such as Itaú Unibanco, CBMM - Companhia Brasileira de Metalurgia e Mineração, Verallia, Elis and Alpargatas.

BW Gestão de Investimentos (“BWGI”), a subsidiary of Brasil Warrant S.A. (“BWSA”), manages proprietary capital in a global multi-strategy platform.

BW Cambuhy is the long-term investment strategy of BWGI. The team focuses on identifying and partnering with companies and assets — both in Brazil and globally — through flexible mandates with a long-term value creation horizon.

BW Cambuhy is looking for an intern to support the team in its different mandates:

• Strategic Investments: aimed at achieving significant, long-term capital appreciation primarily through control-oriented or highly influential investments in top-quality global companies.
• Special Opportunities: flexible mandate allowing investments across the capital structure with a medium-term investment horizon, including public and private opportunities globally.

The main responsibilities will be:

• Support analysts and portfolio managers in the evaluation of new opportunities and monitoring of portfolio companies
• Help build and maintain valuation models, research materials and internal databases
• Assist in various internal projects, including P&L and performance reporting

• Expected graduation in December 2027 or later
• Strong interest in finance, business and investing
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluency in English
• Desirable programming tools
