Additional information about the company can be found online at www.bwpipelines.com.   We are currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner for our Owensboro, KY office.   POSITION DESCRIPTION:   The HR Business Partner provides HR support and guidance to assigned corporate functions in Owensboro, partnering with leaders and employees to address workforce needs and support business objectives. This role requires a proactive, self-directed approach, strong judgment, and the ability to effectively manage priorities while collaborating with the broader HR team.   Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR Business Partner support to assigned corporate functions, building strong relationships with leaders and employees and developing an understanding of business and workforce needs. Serve as a local HR resource in Owensboro, independently managing day-to-day HR matters while maintaining regular communication and alignment with the HR Manager. Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, employee development, organizational changes, and other employee lifecycle matters, escalating complex or higher-risk issues as appropriate. Provide guidance to leaders and employees on HR policies, practices, and processes and support consistent application across assigned client groups. Partner with leaders and the broader HR team on talent, succession, and workforce planning activities. Support recruiting and workforce initiatives in partnership with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and other HR team members. Proactively identify employee or organizational issues, recommend appropriate next steps, and communicate emerging themes or risks to HR leadership. Build effective relationships across locations and functions and collaborate with HR colleagues to provide consistent and effective support. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and demonstrate strong follow-through on employee matters, commitments, and assigned HR activities. Participate in and take ownership of HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion and judgment. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.   REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE: 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role. Experience partnering with leaders and employees across a range of Human Resources areas, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, organizational effectiveness, compensation, and workforce planning. Demonstrated experience providing HR guidance and recommendations to leaders while balancing business needs, employee considerations, and company policies and practices. Experience managing multiple priorities and HR initiatives in a fast-paced, professional environment. Excellent communicate, attention to detail and, follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with limited oversight. Strong written and verbal communication skills.   PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:   Experience in Midstream or O&G supporting corporate or professional functions such as Finance, IT, Legal, Commercial, or other corporate groups.
