Additional information about the company can be found online at www.bwpipelines.com.   We are currently looking for an Engineering Intern for our Owensboro, KY office.   POSITION DESCRIPTION:   THIS IS A SUMMER 2027 INTERNSHIP:  The engineer intern will provide engineering support on a variety of natural gas pipeline and meter projects to provide safe, efficient, and reliable transportation of natural gas. This internship is designed to apply theoretical knowledge in a hands-on, supervised setting.   You will work closely with a mentor and a team of engineers while contributing to meaningful projects and gaining valuable industry experience.      REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE   Enrolled in an accredited engineering program pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Strong skill level in Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project Well organized with a high degree of initiative and motivation Ability to work positively and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment Sound technical mindset to be able to review and understand engineering deliverables 3.0 GPA   REQUIRED EDUCATION:   High School Diploma or equivalent Pursuing Engineer Degree Must be a current Junior or Senior student   ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:   Boardwalk Pipelines, LP, maintains a drug-free workplace and will require pre-employment drug & substance abuse testing before hiring.   Boardwalk Pipelines, LP, is an equal opportunity employer.
