Our spectrum of home-based services now includes Skilled Home Health Care, Palliative Care, Adult Hospice Care and Pediatric Care. Our team approach strives to address practical, social, emotional and spiritual aspects of care, with the goal to maximize quality of life for our patients, caregivers and families.
The Hospice Physician is responsible for overall medical activities of patient care services, related medical administrative components, and medical liaison activities with members of the local medical community.

Responsibilities

- →Licensed physician under the provisions of the California Business and Professions Code
- →Board certification from American Board of Hospice & Palliative medicine preferred
- →Demonstrated understanding and acceptance of hospice principles of care, or willingness to learn
- →Experience in geriatrics, skilled nursing, hospital setting, complex chronic illness care, or family medicine a good fit

*We offer mentorship, robust onboarding, and training in Hospice
- Current and active medical physician license in the state of California
- Current DEA license
