Job Title:Business Analyst (Salesforce Email Support)Location:[Noida, India] (Remote) Experience: 0-2 yearsPosition Type: (Full-time) Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Salesforce Email Support) to join our team. In this role, you will manage the supplier mailbox, using Salesforce to provide direct support to suppliers whose payment terms are being extended. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong supplier relationships by offering timely and clear communication regarding payment processes and term extensions.Key Responsibilities: Manage the supplier mailbox in Salesforce: monitor incoming inquiries, respond using approved FAQs/templates, and log all interactions to maintain complete and accurate case/communication records. Partner with Working Capital, Procurement, and other stakeholders to confirm extended payment terms, understand impacts, and ensure consistent, aligned supplier communications. Continuously improve communication templates, knowledge content, and workflows to optimize handling, reduce repeat queries, and enhance the supplier experience. Contribute to Salesforce platform enhancements and process improvements (requirements, UAT feedback, and rollout support) in collaboration with cross-functional business teams. Support AI/LLM operational initiatives by providing business scenarios, sample queries/datasets, and feedback to Data Science teams to improve automated query handling. Support high-volume supplier/client operations by meeting SLAs, maintaining operational continuity, and escalating complex/urgent issues per the approved playbook. Produce and share operational reporting and analysis (mailbox volumes, response trends, issue drivers) and communicate insights/status to stakeholders to support ongoing process governance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field. Basic knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and handling sensitive information. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. What You'll Gain: Hands-on experience with Salesforce and supplier communications.
