We are currently looking for a talented CRM Optimization Specialist to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the execution of the CRM campaigns, including bonus configuration, segmentation of target audiences, and implementation of customer lifecycle communications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including CRM, content team, and copywriters, to ensure consistent messaging and seamless campaign delivery.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to optimize CRM campaigns, improving customer engagement, retention, and overall performance across all communication channels.
• Conduct thorough testing of new bonuses, customer lifecycle journeys, missions, and tournaments to ensure accurate configuration, functionality, and compliance with established standards.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback on enhancements that can drive greater effectiveness and customer value.
• Assist in maintaining high standards of campaign execution by validating targeting criteria, promotional mechanics, and communication workflows before launch.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
• At least 1-3 years’ experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Analytical mindset with strong knowledge in Excel and Basic SQL.
• Collaborative mindset and critical thinking skills.
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry will be considered an asset.
