Campminder's Finance team is growing and so is the complexity of the systems that power it. The Accounting Systems Analyst is a newly created role designed to bring dedicated ownership to the tools, integrations, and data flows that sit at the heart of our financial operations. As we continue to expand through acquisitions and scale our platform, this role will serve as the connective tissue between Salesforce, Maxio, and QuickBooks ensuring data moves reliably, processes are automated wherever possible, and the Finance team can close faster, report with confidence, and focus on the strategic work that drives our three-year goals. This is a high-impact opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up, with a direct line of sight to efficiency gains, AI-enabled finance operations, and a team that's genuinely excited about the future.
- Own our finance systems stack (Salesforce, Maxio, and QuickBooks) keeping them configured, optimized, and working well as our needs grow.
- Keep data flowing cleanly between systems, tracking down and fixing discrepancies before they cause problems downstream.
- Pitch in on month-end close, reconciliations, and audit prep across our multiple entities helping the team close faster and with more confidence.
- Build out reporting that actually runs itself — automated dashboards, executive packages, and weekly metrics that don't require someone to rebuild them every time.
- Take on bigger projects over time like ERP implementation and acquisition onboarding with growing independence and a fresh eye for how things could work better.
- Familiarity with financial or business systems (Salesforce, QuickBooks, or similar) and a solid sense of how data moves between them and where it tends to go sideways.
- A natural problem-solving instinct to dig into the data, figure out what's happening, and explain it clearly to someone who wasn't in the weeds with you.
- The confidence to work independently and own your projects, while staying curious, asking good questions, and knowing when to loop someone in.
- Excitement about automation and AI as we're actively building toward AI-enabled Finance operations and want someone who's genuinely interested in helping figure that out.
- The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a hybrid setting by showing up as an equal contributor in virtual and hybrid environments, and incorporating Campminder's values into how you work every day.

What We Offer
~1 min readWe're actively taking steps to make sure our culture is inclusive and that our processes and practices promote equity for all, including people of color, people from working-class backgrounds, women, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. We welcome and encourage applications from people with these identities or members of other historically marginalized groups.
Research shows that women and people of color tend not to apply to jobs unless they believe they are 100% qualified and apply to fewer senior-level positions. With that in mind, we encourage you to apply if you're not sure whether you meet our qualifications. We'd love to have the opportunity to consider you!
We encourage applications from parents, parents-to-be, and those responsible for the caretaking of others. We offer paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents (including for adoption, surrogacy, and foster care placement) and paid loss leave to recover from miscarriage or stillbirth. The company's HSA and wellness allowance contributions may be used toward childcare, eldercare, adoption fees, and fertility treatments like IVF, among other expenses.
