About the Role
~1 min readSales Productivity Manager for North America will be a key member of Camunda’s Enablement team, focused on enabling AEs and ADRs to maximize their impact in customer engagements. This role is responsible for designing and executing onboarding, skills development, and productivity programs, ensuring our sellers are equipped with the right tools, playbooks, and knowledge to succeed. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales leadership,revenue operations, as well as Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and People teams, to build scalable programs that improve field performance and revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities

Partner with NA Sales leadership to identify enablement priorities for AEs and ADRs

Design and deliver sales enablement programs, including onboarding, sales plays, training, coaching, and workshops based on NA leadership priorities and inputs
- →
Create and scale playbooks, frameworks, and assets that equip sellers for success in customer conversations
- →
Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Marketing to ensure the field understands product features, use cases, and positioning

Track adoption, completion, and business impact of enablement programs using data and KPIs and share with NA leadership to jointly agree on what you next steps should be

Support managers in developing/ coordinating events and/ or meetings that serve to inform NA Sales employees, drive their cross functional collaboration, teach/ practice necessary skills

Serve as a connector across functions, driving alignment between Regions, Sales, CS, Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and People teams

Travel: Once a quarter minimum
Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
5+ years of relevant experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales productivity roles, with progressive responsibility supporting AEs and/or ADRs
Proven track record in designing, curating, and scaling sales enablement programs, playbooks, and field-facing assets
Experience developing, orchestrating, and delivering enablement programs with emphasis on adoption, completion, tracking, and measurable business impact with AI first principle and mindset.
Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery through qualification, deal progression, closing, and customer handoff
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage sales tech stack data, KPIs, and reporting to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, support leadership, and manage cross-functional initiatives
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, Marketing, Rev Ops, Pre-Sales, and People teams to drive alignment and results
Prior experience with Camunda or other process automation or orchestration technologies
Ability to hold value-based conversations with customers on how technology helps them succeed while capturing the value of Camunda’s tech and services to them
Worked in instructional design software, like Articulate 360, and LMS
Work in enablement platforms(Highspot etc.)

What We Offer
~1 min readWe offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.
United Kingdom: £86,800 to £142,800
Singapore: S$171,700 to S$257,600
