About the Role
~3 min readAs a Remote Front Desk Agent at Canary Technologies, you’ll deliver a warm, professional hotel check-in experience over live video. You’ll use hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera Cloud, SkyTouch) to locate reservations, verify ID, and follow property-specific workflows with accuracy and care.
