• →Analyze current and future state processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• →Develop high-quality business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
• →Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements
• →Support defect resolution and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs
• →Produce clear, concise deliverables including reports, presentations, and client communications

• 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
• Experience in consulting, financial services, or energy industries is advantageous
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to communicate insights effectively
• Experience working with stakeholders to manage requirements and project progress

• Experience supporting system implementation or transformation projects
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
• Ability to map data requirements to system fields
• Experience producing client-facing consulting deliverables
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
