Business Analyst – Retail Energy
Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Business Consulting | Type: Permanent

• →Facilitate client workshops and meetings to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• →Develop business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process models to support solution design
• →Analyze current and future state processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements
• →Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into solutions
• →Produce high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations, and consulting documentation

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Retail Energy
• Experience with CIS/Billing, EDI, Customer Care, or energy retail products (C&I or Mass Market)
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience working in consulting or professional services environments preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Computer Science, or similar

• Experience across broader energy domains such as wholesale, settlements, or utilities
• Exposure to business case development and consulting methodologies
• Familiarity with data modeling or basic scripting
• Experience contributing to reusable consulting assets (e.g., templates, frameworks)
• Advanced degree in a related discipline
