Business Analyst – Wealth & Asset Management

• →Gather, document, and refine business and data requirements across wealth platform and operations transformation initiatives
• →Create and manage user stories and product backlogs, supporting sprint ceremonies within Agile environments
• →Map current and target operating models (TOM), including onboarding, suitability, and servicing journeys within Private Banking and Wealth Management
• →Define integration and data requirements to support platform interoperability and system change
• →Work alongside technology teams and platform providers (e.g. Avaloq, Temenos, Aladdin environments) to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Wealth Management (priority) or Asset Management
• Strong experience in Agile delivery, including backlog refinement and sprint collaboration
• Experience in operations mapping and wealth lifecycle processes such as onboarding, suitability, and servicing
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation and structured delivery artefacts
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams

• Exposure to wealth platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos, or Aladdin (configuration experience not required)
• Experience supporting wealth platform integration or transformation programmes
• Knowledge of FCA conduct requirements within wealth environments
• Professional certifications such as BCS Business Analysis or CISI
• Experience working across multi-entity or post-integration wealth environments
