Consultant – Capital Markets

Location: New York City (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Capital Markets | Type: Permanent

• →Manage and support Problem, Incident, and Change Management processes, ensuring alignment with ITIL practices
• →Conduct root cause analysis and track problem lifecycles to support long-term resolution of incidents
• →Analyze incident and change data to identify trends and recommend preventive and improvement measures
• →Facilitate governance activities including reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication
• →Identify process improvement opportunities and support ServiceNow enhancements and automation initiatives

• 2+ years of experience in capital markets or financial services
• Experience in consulting, business analysis, project delivery, or similar roles
• Understanding of financial products, operations, or technology environments
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders

• Experience with ITIL frameworks or service management processes
• Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Confluence
• Exposure to digital transformation or emerging technologies
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Postgraduate or advanced degree
