Responsibilities

→Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional engineering teams to deliver exceptional software solutions.
→Apply and champion engineering best practices with a focus on quality, performance, and continuous improvement.
→Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to design and deliver transformative technology initiatives.
→Drive innovation through experimentation, leveraging emerging technologies and modern engineering approaches.
→Contribute to Capco’s growing engineering community - sharing knowledge, promoting standards, and fostering collaboration.

Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing end-to-end software delivery within Financial Services organisations.
Strong technical background in one or more core stacks (e.g. Java, .NET, or similar) with hands-on coding experience.
Deep understanding of Cloud technologies and modern DevOps practices.
Demonstrated success in building scalable systems and delivering complex, high-value applications.
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, driving efficiency and collaboration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for all audiences.

Nice to Have

Background in managing multiple delivery teams across diverse projects or geographies.
Involvement in pre-sales or producing technical content for pitches and proposals.
