Responsibilities

Lead process assessments and identify automation opportunities across client functions
→
Document current state processes, design future state automation solutions and define technical requirements
→
Collaborate with clients and developers to translate business needs into robust RPA solutions
→
Support delivery teams throughout the automation lifecycle, including UAT and deployment phases
→
Troubleshoot automation issues and contribute to structured change control processes

Significant experience working with Intelligent Automation technologies at scale
Familiarity with RPA vendors such as UiPath, Blue Prism, WorkFusion, and Automation Anywhere
Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex processes
Experience identifying automation feasibility, removing process waste, and designing fit-for-purpose solutions
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

Major RPA vendor developer accreditation
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, OCR tools (Abby), or process mining (Celonis)
Knowledge of agile methodology and experience working within a scrum team
Background in VBA, .NET, Python, or similar scripting languages for automation
Lean Six Sigma skills or business process modelling experience
