Intelligent Automation Consultant - Microsoft Power Platform Specialist

• →Drive automation discovery and design using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder)
• →Lead end-to-end process assessments, from opportunity identification to scalable automation design
• →Configure and maintain efficient automation workflows using core Microsoft and API-first principles
• →Analyse business processes to identify, assess and optimise with intelligent automation and supporting technologies
• →Collaborate with clients, developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery, UAT and rollout of solutions

• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and intelligent automation tooling
• Strong understanding of automation technologies including OCR, process mining, and API integration
• Skilled in business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery methodology
• Experience documenting solutions, estimating feasibility, and supporting change control processes
• Ability to troubleshoot automation issues and provide clear, timely resolutions

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-500, PL-600)
• Experience delivering automation in financial services environments
• Knowledge of other automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Dynamics 365)
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or SDLC methodologies
• Coding experience in VBA, .NET or Python
