12+ years’ experience in cybersecurity, information security, or technology risk
Experience within a management or technology consulting environment
Strong track record delivering complex cybersecurity programs
Experience with AI security, GenAI governance, or AI-enabled security operations
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences

Nice to Have

Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or FFIEC
Experience across domains such as cloud security, IAM, or resilience
Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, cloud or AI certifications)
Proven experience leading end-to-end pursuits and closing deals
Advanced degree in cybersecurity or related field
