Principal Consultant – Strategy

Location: New York | Practice Area: Business Consulting | Type: Permanent

• →Lead delivery of strategic engagements, including market entry strategies, operating models, and business transformation initiatives
• →Manage project teams and oversee delivery quality to ensure alignment with client expectations
• →Use AI-enabled tools to support diagnostics, benchmarking, and scenario modelling
• →Partner with domain and solution experts across data, technology, risk, and AI to deliver integrated solutions
• →Build client relationships, contribute to sales pursuits, and support practice development initiatives

• 8+ years of experience in financial services and/or consulting
• Proven experience delivering strategy and large-scale transformation programs
• Experience supporting business development, including shaping and closing opportunities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

• Experience applying AI tools or models within strategy or transformation engagements
• Exposure to multiple financial services domains (Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management)
• Experience developing thought leadership or strategic insights for clients
• Familiarity with organizational design, culture transformation, or operating model redesign
• Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative consulting environments
