As a senior member of our team, you will:

• Design and deliver modern data architectures that enable cloud adoption and enterprise-scale analytics.
• Advise and implement best practices for data governance, security, and optimization.
• Shape strategic roadmaps aligning data initiatives with business goals.
• Lead client engagements, influence stakeholders, and manage delivery in dynamic environments.
• Drive innovation by building services and capabilities that define Capco’s vision for Modern Data Architecture.

• Proven experience in architecting and implementing enterprise data strategies and governance models.
• Expertise in Big Data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Impala) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data lakes, ETL frameworks, and metadata management.
• Hands-on experience with cloud migration, security frameworks, and cost optimization.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Ideally, experience in Financial Services consulting and stakeholder management.
