• Design and implement scalable and production ready Python applications focusing on GenAI, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector searching, to enhance data processing and document search capabilities.
• Employ innovative methods for document chunking and embedding to achieve optimal search performance and relevance.
• Ideally develop intuitive user interfaces using Angular or React
• Ideally maintain deployment artifacts based on Docker, Terraform and GitHub actions
• Work within a cross-functional team to integrate GenAI technologies into applications, exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand client needs and project requirements, translating them into technical specifications and innovative solutions
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, maintaining high standards of quality and security in all development activities.

• 5+ years experience in writing enterprise-grade scalable Python applications, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
• 1+ year in developing and deploying client solutions supported by GenAI technologies
• Expertise in the application of large language models and vector search technologies, with the ability to apply these tools to solve complex data retrieval and analysis challenges.
• Demonstrated experience in applying different architectures and methodologies to extract, chunk, and embed unstructured data for optimal search results, showcasing a deep understanding of data processing and optimization techniques for GenAI retrieval.
• Demonstrated experience in applying various approaches to avoid “false positives” during retrieval process
• Proficiency in frontend development using Angular or React is considered a plus, with the ability to create engaging user interfaces that complement AI-powered applications.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management and deployment (Docker, Terraform, Github Actions) is considered a plus
• Familiarity with Azure infrastructure (networking resources, monitoring and observability) is considered plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative approach to overcoming technical challenges and delivering solutions that meet client needs and project objectives.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively in a team environment and interacting with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
