Senior Java Developer (AWS, microservices) (She/ He/ They)

• →Design and develop backend services using Java and modern microservices frameworks
• →Build scalable, cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services
• →Contribute to architecture decisions, including event-driven and CQRS patterns
• →Develop high-quality, maintainable code with a focus on performance and reliability 
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

• 7+ years of experience in backend engineering using Java and microservices architectures
• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native development
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and CQRS principles
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot or Micronaut
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing and CI/CD

• Experience working within financial services or consulting environments
• Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka or similar technologies
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience contributing to system design and architecture discussions
• Experience supporting or mentoring other engineers
