Senior Technology Delivery - Automation Tester_Mumbai

The Team oversees building and maintaining a middle office application for EQD booking, position management, Trade flow and Workflow management. The role is of a Test Automation Engineer who can design automation scripts and can find innovative solutions for automation requirements. The role demands to have an experience of working within a dynamic and a need to of reacting to changing business needs. Anyone in this position needs to be committed for developing required skills to provide up-to-date solutions. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities 1. Ability to Design Automation Framework as per application requirement for Web-based and Desktop based applications 2. Individually Manage and drive all Test Automation related activities for project. 3. Maintain and update existing automation scripts as per new developments 4. Creating Continuous testing pipeline and support integration of Test Automations with Jenkins 5. Perform Automation and Regression testing as per the release plan 6. Enhance test frameworks and develop automated tests using Selenium tool to ensure consistency 7. Manage Documentation related to all Testing activities 8. Design & execute manual tests for functional testing and automate it.

Contributing Responsibilities 1. Communicate with onshore/offshore teams and resolve issues. 2. Contribute to Continuous Improvement and DevOps initiatives 3. Maintain quality of deliverable

Technical & Behavioral Competencies 1. Strong knowledge of Selenium and Java language 2. Knowledge of JIRA and configuration management tools. Preferred GIT & BitBucket 3. Programming and Analytical Skills. 4. Communication skills. 5. Ability to work within tight deadlines 6. Good knowledge in systems, application frameworks, databases and optionally experience in software development. 7. Good to have knowledge in Banking domain
