Develop and execute the full marketing strategy for Germany, aligned with company objectives.

Manage brand campaigns, digital performance activities, and affiliate partnerships to drive acquisition and retention.

Work closely with the central marketing team to plan and implement initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and efficient execution.

Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.

Oversee local marketing agencies and media agencies, ensuring quality delivery, efficient media buying, and accountability.

3–4 years of marketing experience in the fintech industry.

Experience working with a media agency on planning and buying offline media (OOH, TV, Press, Audio) OR direct experience working within a media agency focusing on traditional media buying.

Strong understanding of both brand and performance marketing.

Experience managing affiliates and coordinating cross-functional marketing teams.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Fluent in German and English.
