Junior People Operations Partner

The Role

We're looking for an ambitious Junior People Operations Partner to join our People Team. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you'll take on a hands-on, broad remit spanning onboarding, employee support, benefits, payroll, reporting and People systems, with real scope to improve and automate how we work as the business scales.

We’re a fast-growing, profitable fintech, and two years here can move your career further than four years elsewhere. You'll work directly with senior people on real problems, build skills you couldn't access earlier anywhere else, and play a genuine part in shaping how Capital on Tap operates.

• →Core People Operations Processes: Onboarding, offboarding, background checks, and right to work.
• →Benefits and Payroll Administration: Benefits enrolment, employee changes, and monthly payroll inputs
• →HRIS Management: Maintaining and updating our HRIS (HiBob), people data, and policy documentation.
• →People Data & Reporting: Create data dashboards, and provide scheduled or ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders
• →Process Improvement & Automation: Continually simplifying and automating processes across People Operations
• →Employee Queries: Manage employee and new starter queries via the People Ops inbox, JIRA board, or in person.

We’re Looking For 🔎

• →Hands on experience in People Operations or HR Administration, and confident in the above responsibilities
• →Proven examples of simple automations and process improvements
• →Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
