• Minimum age of 16
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum one year of experience as a Host/Hostess or in a customer service role (private club experience preferred)
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with reservation/point-of-sale systems is beneficial
• Positive attitude and high energy

Shifts vary, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• →Greet and seat members promptly and courteously
• →Conduct inspections of dining areas to ensure readiness and cleanliness
• →Manage reservation lists and make necessary callbacks
• →Ensure menus are clean and up-to-date
• →Coordinate with management for daily specials and other pertinent information
• →Attend all training and staff meetings
• →Communicate effectively with servers and managers regarding reservations and service needs
• →Assist members and staff as needed
