THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal candidate meets the qualifications listed below:
- High school diploma or GED
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Ability to learn and use electronic scheduling and medical record systems
- Ability to multitask while delivering courteous service
At least one month of related experience or training, healthcare or customer service experience, scheduling experience, familiarity with EHR systems, payment collection experience, and a commitment to patient safety are preferred.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A PATIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE
This is a full-time healthcare position with shifts that vary within standard business hours.
As our Patient Care Representative, you'll answer all calls, schedule appointments, and enter accurate information into the EHR, all while keeping provider schedules running smoothly. You'll welcome patients, assist with check-ins, collect payments, and ensure records are complete and organized. As you enroll them in tools like the Patient Portal and help manage messages, you'll keep communication flowing and care seamless.
