Responsibilities

→Lead design and implementation of user-facing features and backend services.

→Build accessible, performant UIs with TypeScript, React (React Router / Next.js, HTML, and CSS

→Implement robust REST APIs in Python (FastAPI/Flask); design schemas and write efficient SQL.

→Define clear API contracts and patterns; ensure consistency across services and UIs.

→Own quality: automated tests with Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright; thorough code reviews and documentation.

→Improve build and release pipelines (Vite/Webpack, GitHub Actions) and support deployments on AWS.

→Monitor and troubleshoot production issues; drive reliability and performance improvements.
→Mentor teammates and contribute to planning, estimation, and technical decisions.

Requirements

6+ years of experience building fullstack web applications, including leading features or projects.

Strong expertise with React (React Router / Next.js) and rendering strategies (CSR/SSR/SSG), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

Solid backend experience with Python (FastAPI/Flask), REST API design, and SQL/schema design.

Hands-on with Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright; CI/CD with GitHub Actions; familiarity with AWS.

Understanding of web security and authentication (OAuth 2.0/OIDC) and secure coding practices.

Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across product, design, and engineering.

Healthcare/HIPAA experience is a plus.

Knowledge of Elastic Search.

Salary Range

$150,000—$180,000 USD
