    The In-House Marketing Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing marketing team while maximizing tour production and supporting the overall success of the resort.

    You'll partner closely with Sales Leadership to ensure consistent tour flow, implement marketing initiatives, recruit and develop talent, and create a culture centered on accountability, performance, and guest experience.

    • Lead, coach, and develop the In-House Marketing Team

    • Recruit, train, and mentor top marketing talent

    • Drive tour production while maintaining quality standards

    • Partner with Sales Leadership to maximize tour opportunities

    • Analyze production metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and qualification guidelines

    • Foster a positive, performance-driven culture

    • Proven leadership experience in vacation ownership marketing

    • Strong coaching, recruiting, and team-building skills

    • Results-driven with a history of exceeding production goals

    • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
