1st Shift, Route Lead, Plano, TX

Leadpoint Business Services is currently seeking a dynamic leader for a Route Lead position at our Plano, TX location. This position supports the day-to-day performance of Leadpoint’s team on assigned residential recycling routes. The Route Lead works closely with driver helpers, support staff, department managers, and Leadpoint leadership to help ensure safe, efficient, and reliable route operations.

In this role, you’ll provide on-route support, assist with workforce coordination, communicate with employees and management, and help identify and resolve operational issues. You’ll also assist with performance tracking, safety initiatives, training, and maintaining strong customer service.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Experience in route management, particularly in the waste or recycling industry, is highly preferred.
