Logistics Pricing Engineer

Salary: $95,000

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Remote with travel

• →Does not manage any associates directly. Position will work alongside peers, Operational leaders and Business development team.

• →Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the organization
• →Devising new programs that support the organization’s objectives
• →Coming up with sustainable pricing goals for the organization
• →Working with other departments to develop pricing and responses to RFP’s
• →Evaluating and assessing the programs’ strengths and weaknesses
• →Monitoring projects and overseeing projects to ensure goals are met
• →Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals
• →Working with operations and the sales team to improve strategies that revolve around pricing of new business.
• →Performs additional responsibilities as assigned

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• B.A. with a concentration in Transportation and Business Logistics preferred

• Ability to effectivity present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public

• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • ESRI – ArcGis
  • Work Wave Route Manager
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
