- →Build and activate digital marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring consistent tracking and optimization across the funnel.
- →Administer and optimize HubSpot (CRM/MAP), including campaign build, landing pages, templates, contact database updates, data hygiene, lead scoring, nurture programs, lead routing/flow management, and user enablement/training
- →Partner with SFDC administrators to maintain reliable integrations, syncing, and lifecycle stage governance.
- Expert proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce (SFDC) reporting, dashboarding, and campaign performance measurement; experience with integrations, syncing, and lifecycle stage governance.
- Advanced skills in performance marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Demandbase, Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Ability to build/optimize campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and web/landing pages.
- High proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
- Demonstrated ability to design and evaluate tests (A/B, incrementality) and translate results into optimizations.
- Able to think strategically and act tactically.
- Strong demand generation and buyer-journey marketing foundation, including lead scoring and nurture methodologies.
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics, MQL triage, and attribution approaches (single- and multi-touch) with an ability to connect marketing activity to sales outcomes and closed-won reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Resourceful problem-solver who can work independently, prioritize effectively, iterate quickly, and stay current on performance marketing, digital, and marketing operations best practices.
- Expert language fluency in English required.
- SQL skills are a bonus.
- 5+ years’ experience managing or leading performance, digital or marketing operations required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales or equivalent required.
