Bakery Team Leader

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for leading all bakery operations, ensuring high-quality fresh baked goods, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our bakeries are built on providing fresh breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts daily for both everyday enjoyment and special occasions.

• →Manage daily bakery operations, including production, merchandising, and sales performance.
• →Schedule, train, supervise, and develop bakery staff to ensure strong team performance.
• →Oversee ordering, inventory, and replenishment of bakery supplies and products.
• →Ensure consistent product quality, freshness, and presentation standards are met.
• →Perform and oversee baking, cake decorating, and production as needed.
• →Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.
• →Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer requests or special orders.
• →Drive department goals, productivity, and overall performance.
• →Other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in a retail or supermarket bakery environment required.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to train, manage, and motivate a team.
• Experience in baking, cake decorating, and bakery production preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow and execute programs and goals.
• Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a multi-temperature environment.
