Project Support Intern (Chinese-speaking)

CarbonX is an advanced materials company developing carbon-based materials for next-generation batteries. We operate at commercial scale and work with leading customers and partners worldwide. Based in Delft, we focus on enabling higher performance and reducing critical material dependencies in the battery supply chain.

As a Project Support Intern, you will contribute to the commercial and operational growth of CarbonX. Your work will focus on supporting our full-scale production run in China and contributing to general business operations.

• Act as an English-Chinese translator and coordinator on-site.

• Participate in a commercial-scale production in China.

• Support daily business operations and learn from hands-on tasks across departments.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, internationally minded, and eager to take initiative in a scale-up environment.

• You're currently pursuing an BSc/MSc and looking for an internship

• Language skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written

• Location: Living within commuting distance of our Delft office

• Work Style: Independent, adaptable, and entrepreneurial

• Availability: 16–40 hours per week for 2-6 months (between May and July 2026)
