Responsibilities

- →Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
- →Manage client relationships with ODOT districts, LPAs, and partnering agencies.
- →Coordinate with clients, agencies, contractors, and internal teams.
- →Oversee review of engineering designs, plans, and estimates.
- →Ensure project compliance with federal, state, and local transportation standards.
- →Track project performance and resolve issues quickly.
- →Lead proposals, business development, and mentoring of junior staff.
- →Contribute to team and service line growth.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
- 15+ years of transportation project experience.
- PE certification (or ability to obtain) is required.
- Proven experience delivering ODOT or LPA projects
- Demonstrated success managing client relationships and leading project teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
- Experience with ODOT roadway, bridge, or transit projects strongly preferred.
