→Create technical drawing and plans for permitting and construction of water resource projects which include design, layout, grading, drainage and erosion and sediment controls.
→Provide technical support during construction activities, including reviewing plans.
→Prepare cost estimates for all water resource projects.
→Technical report writing.
→Collaborate with engineers to design optimal plans for clients.
→Work with construction inspection personnel, as required, to assure that contracted work accomplishes the intent of the design.
→Operate independently within a deadline driven industry.

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program (required).
EI/EIT certification is a plus
0 – 4 of related water/wastewater experience.
Software experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCad, Civil 3D (desired but not required).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Ability to participate in periodic day travel (required).
