Job Title: Plumbing Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing plumbing systems, including calculations of water, gas, sanitary/sewer, and storm loads. They will also be expected to develop project specifications, perform site evaluations, attend meetings with clients and project teams, and provide construction administration.

Responsibilities:

• Design plumbing and fire protection systems, including calculations of water, gas, sanitary/sewer, and storm loads.
• Develop project specifications.
• Perform site evaluations.
• Attend meetings with clients and project teams.
• Develop contract drawings from Schematics through Construction Documents.
• Prepare filing drawings.
• Provide construction administration, including reviewing submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT.
• Strong skills in Elite Fire Hydraulic Calculations Software.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
