HVAC Lead Installer

As we grow, we’re looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in their work, leads with integrity, and delivers exceptional home comfort solutions.

• →Lead residential HVAC installation projects including:
  • →Air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and IAQ products
• →Supervise, mentor, and train installation helpers on best practices and safety
• →Perform system start‑ups, testing, and commissioning to ensure optimal performance
• →Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout the install
• →Ensure all work meets local code requirements, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
• →Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• →Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and service teams to keep projects running smoothly

• 3–5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Proven leadership ability with experience training and mentoring helpers
• EPA Certification (required)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation best practices and system diagnostics
• Ability to read and interpret installation manuals and schematics
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
• A positive attitude, high integrity, and pride in quality workmanship
