Real Alloy has a career opportunity available for an experienced, personable, and skilled Production Supervisor at our Post Falls, Idaho location.

If you are a Production Supervisor who can:

• →Help guide others to meet production and quality needs in a safe manner
• →Conduct Root Cause Analysis for scrap, downtime, or other processes
• →Ensure proper record keeping of shift activities through auditing 
• →Create a team friendly environment
• →Assist in scheduling production
• →Supervise a crew of 3-10 Furnace Operators/Assistants

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Highly motivated, goal orientated, ethical, and challenge driven.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
• Previous work experience in an industrial setting is preferred
