As a Mortgage Underwriter at Schwab Bank, you’ll play a critical role in assessing mortgage and lines of credit applications with accuracy and expertise. You’ll analyze applicant financials, credit history, and prepare summaries in order to make informed, balanced decisions. • Minimum 3+ years of mortgage origination underwriting experience, with familiarity in FNMA requirements and experience with Ability To Repay/CFPB guidance
• Proven track record in consumer credit analysis, underwriting, review and approval
