Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing

*In addition to a base salary (range posted), this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities* 

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s): Austin TX, Westlake, TX, Orlando, FL 

• 8+ years of digital marketing experience across web, email, and social channels—spanning both strategy and execution
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• Proficiency with digital marketing workflows, tools, and platforms across project management, content management, email and web publishing, social media, and analytics (examples: Drupal, Marketo, LinkedIn, Jira, Smartsheet, Workfront, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Adobe Analytics, and Microsoft Office)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience writing briefs, copywriting, editing, and proofreading
• Self-starter with high accountability, an attitude of ownership, drive for continuous improvement, and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Digital marketing experience within financial services or another regulated industry
• Familiarity with donor-advised funds, charitable giving, or nonprofit fundraising practices is a plus
