Trading Platform System Support, Manager

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).

• →Deliver consultative support to institutional clients, including trading presentations, platform recommendations, and education on order handling and systems.
• →Establish client objectives through active listening and clear communication.
• →Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners and external clients, promoting the trading desk capabilities.
• →Demonstrate expert-level understanding of order management systems, electronic trading tools, and risk management for large block orders.
• →Ability to assist with trading and allocation processing as needed.
• →Support trading applications releases when necessary.

• Series 7 and 63
• Proven track record of cultivating relationships with institutional clients and internal business partners
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, exemplifying the vision and values of Schwab

• Minimum 7 years of institutional equity/option trading experience
• Series 9 & 10 ,24, or 57 brokerage licenses
• Familiarity with FIX protocol 
• Experience with Schwab’s trading and allocation systems

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
