(BCBA) Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Join Lakeland Behavioral Health System as the Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) and help lead one of the region's premier adolescent residential treatment programs. 

• →Assist in the implementation of ABA programming on the Specialized Pediatric Unit
• →Provides supervision to the Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavioral Health Associates
• →Trains new staff on ABA techniques
• →Keeps abreast of advances in treatment and sets appropriate goals for self-improvement
• →Facilitates daily team meetings
• →Attends staff meetings as required and completes all yearly mandatory in-services
• →Provides direct services to the patients on the Specialized Pediatric Unit
• →Conducts the appropriate assessments including ADOS and other specific assessments in atimely manner
• →Participates in performance improvement activities
• →Follows all hospital policies and procedures
• →Must maintain license or certification in good standing
• →Flexible schedule. Possible weekends or evenings when appropriate
• →Employee will be required to perform other job related duties as assigned by their supervisor

• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

   

• Experience with the development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
• Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with working with adolescent population
• Must be skilled and competent to provide services to the patient.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by BACB
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered byfacility).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility.
