Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Business Analyst Intern you will join one of our project teams and:
- →Collaborate with teammates to develop project deliverables and dive into analyses, with continuous guidance from experienced consultants.
- →Help turn quantitative and qualitative findings into clear, practical insights for our clients.
- →Share your findings in team meetings and—when you’re ready—in client sessions.
- →Gain exposure to multiple industries, innovation topics, and strategic challenges.
- →Occasionally travel to client sites within the Netherlands or elsewhere in Europe.
Requirements
~1 min read- Enrolment in or completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree featuring a strong quantitative or analytical component (e.g., Engineering, Science, Business, Economics).
- Excellent academic progress and curiosity to keep learning.
- Examples of initiative or collaboration—whether through student associations, entrepreneurial projects, community work, or other extracurricular activities.
- Any internship, project, or extracurricular experience where you solved real-world problems (consulting experience is welcome but not required).
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
- A collaborative team spirit and strong interpersonal skills in an international environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Full working proficiency in English and Dutch; Other European language skills are a plus.
- Availability to work full-time for at least three months.
