NAVAIR - Program Management Analyst

 

As our next Program Management Analyst  for NAVAIR, you'll collaborate with talented professionals to create innovative, mission-critical solutions that empower naval aviation and defense operations. Your expertise will help shape cutting-edge systems, enhance national security, and drive technological advancement for our nation.

• →Assist with the management and execution of funding and procurement for the GSSA
• →Provide reports, data calls, and attend meetings as required
• →Analyze financial data, funding statements, and expenditure reports
• →Prepare reports and projections based on financial data.
• →Forecast project future expenditures
• →Monitor budgets and compare actual performance against targets
• →Prepare clear reports, charts, and presentations to guide financial decisions
• →Ability to perform programmatic analysis (planning, scheduling, workload analysis, risk analysis)
• →Ability to work with project schedules, track tasking, and provide status to leadership and the PMA
• →Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
• →Effective communication skills, including ability to develop and present briefing slides
• →Other duties as assigned

• Current/active DoD Secret clearance, ability to obtain Top Secret, must be a US Citizen.
• Familiarization with CSPT, PMT, and ERP
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, or accounting (desired)

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
