The AmTrust Vested Insured Partnership (VIP) program is a captive program that enables agents and insureds to share in the financial success of their policies placed with AmTrust. The Business Analyst will report to the Vice President, Finance and VIP Program to handle administration of AmTrust’s VIP program and provide sales support to AmTrust sales professionals.
Responsibilities

- →Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- →5+ years of insurance carrier experience, specifically with sales and underwriting support, processing and customer service.
- →Strong interpersonal skills.
- →Strong organizational skills.
- →Ability to gather and analyze information effectively.
- →Ability to communicate effectively with insurance agencies and AmTrust’s sales and underwriting professionals.
Responsibilities:
- →Set up and maintenance of VIP codes.
- →Monitor VIP value-added services for VIP members, including but not limited to: monthly new business reports, policy history reports.
- →Reporting – Create monthly management report of the VIP program for internal use at AmTrust to track VIP program progress for each individual VIP member.
- →Assist UW with endorsement processing on roll over and new business reports.
- →Track VIP prospecting for new members.
- →Assign CXMs as needed.
- →Assist in forecasting and tracking of VIP premium goals.
- →Provide assistance with book rolls.
- →Develop strong knowledge of the VIP programs to provide sales assistance to AmTrust sales representatives.
- →Provide sales support as needed.
