Depot Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →An integral member of the leadership team, you’ll model the passion and commitment to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
- →You will help to drive the consistent delivery of established processes and operational standards.
- →You’ll track the team’s performance against achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- →Developing both the operational performance of the depot and the skills of your team will be a key aspect of the role.
- →The Depot Operations Supervisor has responsibility for areas such as health & safety, stock management, local delivery fleet management and facilities maintenance.
- →You’ll be ready and willing to get involved in the day-to-day tasks if needed, including deliveries (so a full UK driving licence is essential.)

Requirements
~1 min read- Experience in a supervisory role- leading and motivating a team to achieve shared objectives
- Fosters and develops strong working relationships within the team and the wider business
- Has a real passion for making a real difference in the community
- Ensures that the customer is at the heart of every decision
- Strong communication skills
- High standard of customer service
- Confident using IT systems
- Experience motivating and coaching a team
- Able to understand and influence KPIs
- Problem solving skills
- Full UK manual driving license
- Experience leading a team within a retail, wholesale, customer service or operational/logistics environment
- Knowledge of commercial / P&L / budget management
- Health & safety training
- Food safety training
- Experience of developing a team
- Experience of implementing operational policies and processes
